- For Manual D Duct Design services only, the customer must be able to provide ACCA-compliant Manual J Load calculations to DesignRight Mechanical LLC in order to correctly size the equipment. DesignRight Mechanical LLC can provide these services for the fee listed above for a reduced bundle price.
- For Manual S Equipment Selection services only, the customer must be able to provide ACCA-compliant Manual J Load calculations to DesignRight Mechanical LLC in order to correctly size the equipment. DesignRight Mechanical LLC can provide these services for the fee listed above for a reduced bundle price.
- Price outlined includes site visit of home within Charlotte Mecklenburg County and surrounding Counties. Projects further afield may accrue additional expenses for travel but will be discussed upfront prior to commencement of work.
- Floor plan layouts are schematic representations only and are not intended for structural or code compliance review unless specifically noted.
- Turnaround times vary based on project size and current workload. Standard delivery is 3-5 business days for all single package requests.
- Pricing is subject to change. All estimates are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated in writing.
- DesignRight Mechanical LLC does not perform permitting services. Clients are responsible for submitting designs to code officials or AHJs as needed.
- Rush packages can be put together with faster turnaround times for an additional cost. Please reach out for further information.
